Over 20 years’ experience in strategy, planning, and funding advisory. Held senior management roles including Head of Division and Country Manager, with responsibility for multi-million budgets in international companies such as Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), Reader’s Digest, and DuPont’s regional partner in Central Asia. Delivered executive education as an MBA lecturer and ran a private consulting practice (MTCI). Studied at the University of Oxford and holds an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring. Member of the Association of Business Mentors (ABM).
