Cancellation Policy
By booking your plan-included call, you confirm that you are an active plan holder with available sessions as part of your purchased package. Please use your booking link responsibly. Calls are available only to clients with eligible plans. If you have used all included sessions or do not hold an active plan, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your booking. Bookings must be made in advance through our online system. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. To get the most value from your session, please be prepared with specific questions or topics you would like to discuss related to your funding goals, plans, or next steps. Rebooking & Cancellation: If you are unable to attend your scheduled call, please make sure to cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before the call. We understand plans can change, but no-shows take time away from others who need support. If a call is missed without notice, we reserve the right to decline future free bookings.
